bbc2apk - can not open

Hi, has anybody had this error and resolved it ?

When I try to open it as Administrator,
BBC2APK is giving the error "File or Path not found" - so I can't open it to run it.

I followed your instructions and placed it in C:\Program Files (x86)\BBC2APK\)
but it still comes up with the error.

I had emailed Richard Russell about this, but he says he can not reproduce this error.
Richard suggested it might be my ant-virus, but it still happens even after I whitelisted it.

I would really very much appreciate a resolution.

I resolved it !

I had the wrong version of Java installed.

Should have read the instructions more carefully.
