I have received a file named 2026-09-07 Luka Žnidaršič 1230973.igc. It is in fact a simple text file, but when I attempt to open it with OPENIN() it returns a handle of 0.
If I use FN_filedlgex() to select the file, the name is corrupted.
The file will open with other programs such as Notepad or Excel.
If I rename the file first, all is OK.
Is this a bug or User Error in using 'National' characters
