Who should own the 'bbcbasic' domains?

The point has been well made that although I currently 'own' a number of BBC BASIC related domains, I am not qualified to do so because of my lack of experience and expertise in domain management. I have to agree, I do not do any routine 'maintenance of the domains, not even to the extent of checking their various control panels, logs etc. I'm given to understand that this is leaving them open to scraping by bots etc.

So who should own these domains? How can we find somebody, or more than one person, who could be entrusted with them and also has the time and commitment to carry out the needed mantenance?
