One of the advantages of this forum over its predecessor is that you can configure it to email you when new posts are made or new topics are created. Unfortunately there's no single 'subscribe to all sub-forums' option, so you have to do it individually for each one (there currently 17 in all), but although it's a little tedious you only have to do it once!
To be notified of new posts and topics added since your last visit, click on each sub-forum in turn, scroll right down to the very bottom of the page and click in the checkbox labelled 'Subscribe forum' (if instead it says 'Unsubscribe forum' you are already subscribed so don't click it). Be aware that the checkbox is rather confusing: if it is ticked it means you are not currently subscribed!
