I know very little about the Agon Light 2, but I don't think its screen is memory mapped as far as the Z80 is concerned, so there is no such thing as a 'screen address'. AFAIK the VDU stream output by BBC BASIC is sent to a separate CPU, in much the same way as the BBC Micro's Z80 Second Processor.
