Please use this thread for website issues unconnected with the move to a different hosting provider.
To allay possible concerns about the forum link taking you from the bbcbasic.co.uk domain to the bbcbasic.net domain (even though I'd be surprised if a familiar .net address would cause anxiety) I've added the note "links to bbcbasic.net" underneath:

Re: Moving bbcbasic.co.uk to a new host
OK, so getting head around the info in this thread:
The BBCBASIC.UK home page has a LINKS area, the BBC BASIC FORUM 'link' is to another page on BBCBASIC.UK
That page "https://www.bbcbasic.co.uk/forum/" is effectively an 'exit from site' page, with the new site linked from the 'dismiss' hyperlink, which now takes us to "WWW.BBCBASIC.NET/FORUM/INDEX.PHP"

Re: Website issues
This is true, but it's what currently happens at the old host so is unrelated to the move to a new host. What point are you making?nvingo wrote: ↑Sat 13 Jan 2024, 00:16 The BBCBASIC.UK home page has a LINKS area, the BBC BASIC FORUM 'link' is to another page on BBCBASIC.UK
