LBB forum software updated

[Hated Moron]

I have updated the LBB forum software to phpBB version 3.3.8. Ideally it would be desirable to update this (BBC BASIC) forum too, but of course that isn't possible because of the way it has had to be set up. If you notice anything that seems to be misbehaving, it may be worth checking whether the same thing happens at the LBB forum or not.
